If you have not yet read yesterday’s blog (below), this week we are making small changes for life-changing impact in our lives. These small changes will not be time-consuming or require much energy. They are little shifts/little adjustments that will impact your life and your relationship with God and others.
Tell those you love (husband, kids, other family and friends) you love them. Simple I know, but how easily a day slips by and we have not said those words to those who mean the most to us. I’m talking about really saying those words and not a slurred loveyou as you end a conversation or say goodbye. I mean really saying those words “I love you” and meaning each word.
Say it to them eye-to-eye if possible.
If not, voice-to-voice.
If the above are not possible, say it to them in written word.
No matter how you do so, the point is to say “I love you” to those you love in a way they know you mean it.
That’s it. Bless someone else with a real “I love you.” Giving that blessing will enrich your day and bless you as well.
I’m looking forward to hearing about your experiences on Friday!
